Gigabyte And Q6600 Got Problem?

hey i do some research on the internet... then i found out that there is a problem to overclock gigabyte ep35 ds3l (rev2) mobo and intel quad core q6600. if a pro can tell me whats the prob.. ill be so happy bcoz i want to overclock my machine....
