So just messing with the voltages right now and i am able to run my north bridge to the lowest voltages at 3.7 and have my system stable is that ok?also i am able to run my q9950 at 3.76 ghz on 1.240v

lowering the voltages even to the point that there very low and stable won't cause any stability issues right?once it passes prime etc?

You contradict yourself in your last line. Lowering the voltages to the point that they're low and stable won't cause any stability issues. Obviously if they're low and stable, there won't be any issues. As long as you can pass Prime95 for 24 hours, you should be fine, even 12 hours is pretty good.
