First (potential) Build

So I've been looking around on tiger direct a lot, and I've gotten some feedback here, and some other places and I came up with a computer that I might end up building. But before I do, which probably won't be soon seeing as I'm a college student and thus am by nature, broke. Anywho I might try and mooch some money from my grandparents and parents and a job and get this together. Here it is.

 

Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo 8400

GPU - EVGA GeForce 260

Motherboard - Asus P5N-D

Memory - 4 GB OCZ SLI Dual Channel DDR2

Hard Drive - two Western Digital Caviar SE16 250 GB one for Linux Ubuntu and one for Windows Vista 64 bit business edition (Which I can get for free from my school)

Case and Power Supply - Ultra eTorque ULT33180 with Power Up 800 Watt Power supply

 

I was going to get one 640 GB hard drive but two 250 GB's were less expensive and I don't need that much space anyway.

 

One thing I am worried about is the motherboard, I'm hoping it's compatible with everything, and I'm pretty sure it is, but it would be nice if someone could double check for me.
