Q About Voltages Plz Help

Okay, guys i need help big time. When i go into my bois for 650i Ultra it shows the voltages- Cpu-Fsb(1.20v,1.30v,1.40v)On stock it set at 1.20V. I wanna get my E6750 overclocked to 3GHZ.

Then another option is Cpu-core(its at 1.27v)?Whats this?

And another is Nforce-SPP(1.20V,1.30V,1.40V,1.50V)Its set stock on 1.20V.

I have my proccesor on 2.9Ghz from the stock 2.6, but when i go higher it crashes.

Btw i have my VID-set to 1.3625v? So can u guys help me set this up? Can u plz tell me what VID is and what Cpu-Core is, and Nforce-SPP is plz. I really need help.
