airman Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 I've got a customer who would like us to upgrade his canon's firmware - but in order to do so, you need to pull up the options in the creative zone, like the "P", "Tv", "Av", etc. However, in those modes, no matter what, I cannot get a display. The menu button does nothing, the review button doesn't pull up anything. In order for me to get into the options, the Menu button has to work. But as of now - it doesn't I am unable to reset to factory settings due to the fact that the option to revert back to default/factory is under the menu of the creative zone - which does not appear.
