I have two WD 74Gb Raptor set up in raid 0 on my DFI Lanparty NF4 Sli-Dr board my question is can I take out my two Raptors drives and install then in my new Evga 680i board and then reformat the drives and keep them in Raid 0 or will I have to wipe both drives and create and new raid 0 on my new board.

Since you are changing chipsets, you will have to reformat both drives and create a new RAID 0 array. Use the motherboard's RAID utility to wipe the hard drives. Most of them will have the ability to do a low level format. That's what you want to ensure no file conflicts will exist when installing or reinstalling the operating system.
