Restarts Help plz

Hi all, i9 have tried this before but here goes again lol, came here recently but site was down so i went here,

Plz read the posts and how these gyuys tried to help, i have not fixed this problem yet, checked here tonight and i see the site is back up so i thought i would give it a try, i have read posts about this but didnt want to highjack someone elses therad.
