4200+ Overclocking Advice

I've read the guides and databases until my eyes are ready to bleed. There just isn't a lot of info on this chip. As this is my first OK I have to ask some questions.

 

1. Do I need to upgrade the BIOS b4 I OK?

 

2. I want to reach 2.6 at 1.4v or less if possible.

 

3. Can I do this at the stock timings?

 

4. What do I change first and in what order do I proceed?

 

5. After I make the changes, how long do I run dual prime to be sure it is stable?
