(NON) - SLI Configuration Question

Question,

 

I just bought an 8800 gts and installed it. I have 2 7800 gtx cards here, and i would like to insert one of them into the second pci-x slot so i can operat all four of these digital flat panel monitors on my desk.

 

Will this configuration work on my DFI NF4 SLI-D board? Will the other card work in a non SLI configuration?
