Usually when questions about Linux comes up the discussion will sooner or later turn the attention to the questions about games. Yes, still Windows has a huge advantage, but here you get an interesting alternative for how to set up a Lan Party without the need to install anything, just run it straight from a DVD: http://www.tuxmachines.org/node/6136 I haven't tested it yet and I'm not sure about how complete the included drivers are for ATI yet (Nvidia shouldn't be a problem), but I will and I want to test how good it is. Starkey Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 Some of the included software includes: * 3D games: america's army, cube, doom 3, enemy territory, legends, nexuiz, privateer, quake 4, soldier of fortune, ufo: alien invasion, ut2004, wesnoth surley it doesnt come with those installed. if so wow.
