adreno Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 Are you missing a finger on your right hand? You type like you are. Either way, gimme the moth*****king part#, if you're sitting on BH-5 and don't do something about it, I will find you and skin you alive! I mean that. :shake: :shake: sorry just too funny. I mean really they are his sticks
AbsoLoot Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 :shake: :shake: sorry just too funny. I mean really they are his sticks Those sticks might have been paid for by him, but injustice against BH-5 anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere, and in the name of winbond I warn him against his insolence for his own good; in the interst of global memory bandwidth man, invest the time! ZippyDSM Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 *LOL* thats why I asked, check acouple posts back and you will see I asked about soem links I posted and if thos ram would be "better" for the board. OMG I guess I am a noob the mem is IFINEON there are a few numbers on the chips its 4 HYB25D256807B5 0 B 4 0 4EE 15152 On the PCB its Apacer 48.14118.09A Next set of ramm I get it will have all the info in the box *L* oh well it was only 30 off ebay >>
AbsoLoot Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 Same Infineon ICs as on my old OCz PC 3200EL Rev 3 (performance series). I got mine up to 264Mhz at 2.5-3-3-7 1T. Definitely didn't like voltage(2.6-2.7 MAX no matter what the sticker says), and weak drive strength was critical to getting it stable over 250. That's decent RAM, but I was all excited for a sec thinking you might have been sitting on some BH-5 you didn't know about. Tough break, but now you can go back to whatever you were doing. Sorry to be a cock.
ZippyDSM Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 I asked befor what would be best for this mobo? http://www.directron.com/twinx13200c2pt.html http://www.directron.com/khx3200ulk21g.html http://www.directron.com/twinx1gb3200c2.html http://www.directron.com/glx1gb3200dc.html I am willign to put up to 200 more into the comp *L* Or is it any brand name ramm (kingston,Cosir, ect, ect) will do but not ram I have *L*
adreno Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 I'd stay away from Kingston and value ram. What about these OCZ, they look pretty sweet. http://www.directron.com/cz4b1gelgegxtk.html
ZippyDSM Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 Ya I have heard bad thigns about the Value ram, butkingston normal ramm is iffy to? *L*
adreno Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 I had some corsair value select PC3200 that did 240Mhz with no problem. Thats pretty good, so I would not say that all value ram is poor. I try to look and see what others (especially on this forum) are having good luck with to help me decide. There is a really good thread here that talks about memory and what to look for in a quality set of sticks that might help you decide. http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24719

Mmmmmmmmm I dont see my slef touching Vista and games are dieing by the dosen on the PC but I want at least a gig ...mmmmmm *sigh* its almost like I would be better off saveign the money for a 360 or PS3 *L*
