The reason I say that is that there is only one official BIOS release right now - BETA BIOS are used at your own risk (as stated by DFI in their own site) with comments like that I feel sure they won't (or legally can't) ship boards with BETA BIOS. AG - can I ask you make enquiries on this and get some clarification - of course I read that thread, it's just that this is the EXPERT board we are talking about here - The Policy may have changed since the older boards - especially seeing as any other BIOS (other than the release BIOS) is BETA - for those numbers to change on this board must mean there has been some changes - be nice to understand what they are.
