The bluescreen basically states : problem detected - windows shut down to prevent damage... DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL physical memory dump begining Then my pc reboots. any help please ? Here is my setting below. Genie BIOS Settings: FSB Bus Frequency - 235 FSB AGP Bus Frequency - 67mhz Clock Spread Spectrum - Disabled LDT Downstream Width - Auto LDT Upstream Width - Auto LDT/FSB Frequency – 3 CPU/FSB Frequency Ratio – 10 CPU VID Control - 1.525 v CPU VID Special Control - auto Chip Set Voltage Control - 1.7 v AGP Voltage Control - 1.6 v DRAM Voltage Control - 2.7 v DRAM Configuration Settings:: DRAM Frequency Set - 200 (DRAM/FSB:1/01) Command Per Clock (CPC) - enable CAS Latency Control (Tcl) - 2.5 RAS# to CAS# delay (Trcd) - 3 Min RAS# active time (Tras) - 6 Row precharge time (Trp) - 3 Everything else on auto. northstar Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 In my experience this tends to point towards the memory... could be CPU as well... but more likely memory, but like the last guy says the error code would be useful and to try running at stock speeds or lower your overclock a little at a time.
