TheHolyLancer Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 hello, my windows xp is really slow in opening stuff, sometimes een hangs on large stuff like Dungeon seige 2 demo.... BUT when the stuff is opened.... it runs very well... when opening stuff in task manager its like 0 cpu usage.... my virtrual ram is 800/800 execeutive pageing is disabled... is my virtual ram the culprit?? people have suggested 300/300 b4.... Or could it being one of the dirvers? During my last install of XP (the BSOD one with Ntune and Nfirewall one...) when i updated to 77.72 driver for 6800GT it got slower at windows boot... when i rolled back it was faster... now is this even related on this slowness of my computer?
