daggieone Posted December 19, 2001 Posted December 19, 2001 Hi. I was wandering if any body could tell me the correct temp for the AMD duron 900. I ask this Question as I am having trouble understanding what the correct temp is.?? This cpu has never been clocked from new and I am on average getting responces of the cpu running around the 46 to 55 degress range. can any body tell me if this is normal or not please. I am looking at buying a new cpu fan to try and cool the cpu. the system temp get's aroun 49 to 58 if this helps answer my question. thanks any help please email me [email protected] thaNK YOU

bass_freak Posted December 20, 2001 Posted December 20, 2001 Hmm, i hate that when people say case temp is higher then cpu, only posible with non air cooled systems (ex: water cooled). Anyway, that isn't bad, it depends on your cooler, had my 750 running in the high 60*C with my orb, but when I put the Volcano 6cu on it, it ran 32*C. Then my temp probe went all to he|| and i run at 400*C
Guest FreakyDrOverclock Posted December 20, 2001 Posted December 20, 2001 lol....really f++ked up your probe btw: this year is really christmas: i'm working on a water-cooling - first time my case temperature is higher than cpu-temp, i hope
