The game builds on the success of the original title with new mechanics to strengthen its mix of the adventure and management genres. Why did it release days early? Apparently to balance out for failing to hit the button to have the original This is the Police go live on its announced release date. Regardless of the reason though, the game is now available on Steam and GOG for the PC and will launch on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch in Autumn.
