The base game is a strategy title that has players trying for economic dominance on Mars by leveraging the available markets. With Jupiter's Forge players venture to Io, Jupiter's volcanic moon where there is a new resources system, new buildings, new factions, and a new campaign to enjoy. The expansion also brings with it a new Infinite Map Challenge mode, where successive maps grow in difficulty, testing players to see how far they can get. The expansion costs $14.99 but newcomers can get it and Offworld Trading Company together for just $29.73 at Stardock or Steam.
