Guest_Jim_* Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 I haven't used it for actual editing for awhile, but for just finding the times I want to cut videos, which I put into FFmpeg commands. That's probably more work than most people are willing to do though. Still, it is pretty handy since it can open a good number of containers and codecs. It used to be able to take advantage of CUDA video acceleration but NVIDIA pulled that. For a basic video editor and converter, it is pretty good. I wouldn't exactly call it feature rich, but being able to open so many different files is a significant plus, if you do not know what you will be working with or if what you are using is not terribly common.
