How to OC Rampage iv extreme?

Dear Friends,

I have built a new gaming system and i want to OC my system so i can take benefit from it. I spend a lot of money but i dont know how to configure my system.

Processor: Intel i7 3930k
MOB: Rampage iv Extreme
SD: Corsair 120 force gt
Memory: Kingston hyper x beast 32 GB 2400 mhz
Graphics: AMD Radeon 7990 HD
Power Supply: Corsair 1200w
Fan: Antic not remember exactly (1 fan only)

Thank you Sir, This is very good guide but i need direct steps to configure it bcz OC is too risky thing. I need some information who have done this before with safe.
