a/c runs already laped the heatsink the hsf is a thermaltake xaser edition is that good

I have tried everything you guys told me to do but iam still running at 42 to 45 degrees idle someone please tell me whats wrong before i saw everything up into little pieces

i have a thermaltake hsf and artic 5 compound and at idle that's what it runs at iam also using a abit mobo ic7 max 3 put together in an antec plus 1080 amg case

my intel 2.8GHZ temp is about 45 c is that ok
