  1. How could I try to overclock the 6400+ Black Edition? The multiplicator is unlocked but I can see in BIOS (UT NF590 SLI-M2R/G) that the multiplicator in unlocked only down and the maximum value is 16x (16x200=3200Mhz). It suppose to be unlocked also up. Should I do something else to enable the multiplicator values greater than 16x? Thanks
  2. Thanks, I tried with 2T but I kept 4-4-4-15 and is working fine.
  3. I have a motherboard DFI LANParty UT NF590 SLI-M2R/G with 2GB (2x1GB) of RAM (OCZ2P800LP2GK LANParty SLI-M2R/G optimized). The memory runs at 4-4-4-15-1T, 2.2V. Latest BIOS applied. Today I added another 2GB (2x1GB) of the same type of memory but the system cannot start anymore. Vista is saying that some files are corrupt and to run repair from the CD. Ubuntu 7.10 is not starting at all. If I remove the 2 GB of memory everything is working fine, Vista and Ubuntu can start perfect doesn't matter which pair of memory I use. I'm using 32 bit OS version. What could cause my motherboard to don't work with all 4GB of RAM? Should I need to setup something else in BIOS? Thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------ DFI LANParty UT NF590 SLI-M2R/G AMD X2 6400+ Black Edition 2GB OCZ2P800LP2GK LANParty SLI-M2R/G optimized eVGA 8800GTS Superclocked OCZ GameXStream 600W
  4. Does somebody here know which are the best database stability settings (400MHz) for DFI NF590-SLI M2R/G? I'm using the OCZ 2P800LP2GK memory (orange slots) and the system is quite instable, both in Windows XP and Vista (Blue screens and frozen). What can I do to make my memories work at 1T? I build the system a couple of days ago and I changed in BIOS just the voltage from 1.95 to 2.2V, everything else is still default. Thanks! --------------------------------------------- DFI NF590-SLI M2R/G AMD X2 5200+ (Zalman 9700 Copper) 2 x OCZ 2P800LP2GK (Platinum DFI Optimized) EVGA 8800 GTS 680 MB (Default Overclocked) WD 320GB
