only SATA II has problem. you need to place a jumper and change it back to SATA I

I know that the Maxtor SATAII has compatibility issue with nForce4 chipset. Does anyone know that this problem has a work around or not? My Maxtor3 7V250F0 (Firmware: VA131610) still has soft-boot hang problem.

Dears, My SLI-D board is using 4 pieces of 256MB (A-data tccd) = 1GB ram. I found that the pre-release 119 bios is so stable for running 265FSB 1:1 timming. (no single crash or reboot) When I flash to those lates bios like 3.10 or 5.10, it will crash all the time and even corrupt my profile windowssystem32configsystem. I need to re-install windows as well. My question is: Is there any way to tune the mem settings, so later bios can run stable as 119? As I know that later bios with a lot of tweak on memory timing for "Auto" value. How can I make it more stable like the 119s? many thanks.
