  5. Hi Sharp yes i took the board out and the tray of and had it sitting on my bench and it still shorts out, Hi Smoken Joe yes i have taken everything extra off to see if it will boot. Like i said it shorts out when i hook the ATX plug up and trips the power supply. So like all the lights will flash red then it dies but i still have the yellow lights on,and thats it no fans spining or beeps.. I am Trying to explane the best i can. Just cant beleave this has happend because it has been working great in the past 3 to 4 weeks Cheers
  6. Hi, I have had the DFI SLI-DR for a few weeks now and its been working ok. Today i went to turn it on and nothing happend. So i tried a diffrent power supply and still the same + tried many other things but still no luck. It seems to be when you plug in the ATX 12v it shorts out the board and it trips my power supply. and if you dont plug the ATX in and turn it on the fans start to spin but you get no post or beeps I am really lost in what to do and why it happend, is this a common problem with this board or not ?? The power supply i am using is a ANTEC True Blue 480W the second one i tried was a no name brand but it works ok on a diffrent computer. But when i plug it into the DFI SLI-DR it sounds like its a ark welder  THINGS THAT I HAVE TRIED I have taken the board out and tried it on my bench, unplugged all my stuff and cleared the cmos and checked for any bent or broken pins. Any help would be great. Cheers Tosser
