  1. the ram is currently lying in slots one and two it is when it is placed in slots one and three i get the system crashes, The timings on the ram are at ocz stock which i assume is autodetected by the motherboard, these are low from what i understand and can be foound on the ocz site for the revision 2 platinum. The four pin connector is plugged in and assumed this was needed in order to run supply the cpu with a more reliable voltage ala pentium 4's and so has always been so. Sorry to not be able to post more i will follow this up with a thorough reply regarding voltages and official bios timings tomorrow night when i get home from work as its currently ticking towards midnight and i need my sleepy
  2. firstly omg i can't believe i never found this b4 so far ive lost 3 hours of my life just looking for a few little tips on this wonderful resource. Secondly i have a few issues that noone seems able to help me with which I am optimistic you may be able to. I am currently unable to run my memory in dual channel mode, after about 10 to 15 mins of full load the system will restart, or simply crash to desktop i thought originally this may be a psu problem (random restarts) so i upgraded to the one within my signature, highly recommended but the problem persists. Since placing this PSU in the computer another problem has arisen, mbm5's alarms start singing due to the rail readings from the winbond chip whenever the computer starts to be put under load now i found a few mentions of the lanparty reporting the +3.3v rail low in these very forums which is definitely what is happening to mine but i have had tolerance alarms on all the other rails too. Cause for concern? If any1 could help it would be greatly appreciated to the tune of a chupa chup of youre choice winging its way in your direction
