1. I just downloaded it, it is just the 6/19 BIOS that someone has renamed
2. I'm going to investigate the Aggressive CPU Interface setting, for a bit. Anyone here have any idea on how to make the PCR files that WRCPEdit uses, with the info we have collected and the Alpha PCR that can be found at Aoaforums we might be able to have a complete PCR file.
3. Me thinks.......................me is gone Data Scavaged Rate Bus: 0 Device: 0 Function: 4 Mem Controller Fast: Register 96 = 43 8-Bit Normal: Register 96 = 44 8-Bit Suber By Pass Bus:0 Device: 0 Function: 4 Mem Controller Enable: Register 91 = 49, 8-bit Disable: Register 91 = 48, 8-bit Dimm Drive Strength Bus: 0 Device: 0 Function: 4 Mem Controller Dimm 1 Drive Strength, Registers 7D, 81 8-bit Dimm 2 Drive Strength, Registers 67, 73 8-bit Dimm 3 Drive Strength, Registers 65, 71 8-bit Slew Rate Bus: 0 Device: 0 Function: 4 Mem Controller Dimm 1 Slew Rate, Register 7C 8-bit Dimm 2 Slew Rate, Register 66 8-bit Dimm 3 Slew Rate, Register 64 8-bit Strength And Rate Settings Bios Data 1 11 2 22 3 33 4 44 5 55 6 66 7 77 8 88 9 99 10 AA 11 BB 12 CC 13 DD 14 EE 15 FF
4. Slew Rate Registers Bus: 0 Device: 0 Function: 4 Mem Controller Dimm 1 Slew Rate, Register 7C 8-bit Dimm 2 Slew Rate, Register 66 8-bit Dimm 3 Slew Rate, Register 64 8-bit And like the Drive Strenght settings modify Offsets 90 to 9F at whim.
5. and the final pic of Dimm 1 OK... I've checked and double checked the settings and they are correct for my board. Lanparty Ultra B with Hellfire's 6/19 (1/21) BIOS in it.
6. In the included picture Dimm 1 is running at 5 Dimm 2 is running at 2 Dimm 3 is running at 9 sorry I can't host any pics at the moment, this pic is of Dimm 2
7. Tictac, Saw over at Xtreme Systems that you was wanting/needing a few more settings.......well here goes. Bus: 0 Device: 0 Function: 4 Mem Controller Dimm 1 Drive Strength, Registers 7D, 81 -8bit Dimm 2 Drive Strength, Registers 67, 73 -8bit Dimm 3 Drive Strength, Registers 65, 71 -8bit Drive Strength Settings Bios Data 1 11 2 22 3 33 4 44 5 55 6 66 7 77 8 88 9 99 10 11 12 Didn't have a chance to finish these. 13 14 15 FF Also Offsets 90 to 9F seems to change without any reason when the Drive Strength is adjusted. But it does "almost" makes sense when viewing it in 32 bit mode.
8. I usually run Memtest 86+ at 166 Mhz FSB and the memory voltage maxed out for about a day. Then I start at 200 Mhz FSB and keep adding Mhz until the ram maxes out the burn there for a day or so. If your lucky you might gain a few Mhz from burning in the ram.
9. The CPU interface gives a performance boost by accelerating conversions of processor instructions (address decoding faster by one or several clocks).
10. FrozenCPU.com here in the States ships to Canada and they stock the Microcool Micro Sinks that seems to be working really well on my LanParty B.
