  1. Ok thanks, ill check them out, and btw im only having wireless internet because the modem is downstairs and i dont want cables running up stairs etc.
  2. Just upgraded a few pc components and my mobo has a pci-e 1.0 but my hd 4850 will work better on a 2.0. I have not yet fitted the card as i only purchased it today here are my specs. AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000 (3.0Ghz) 2GB OCZ 800 DDR2 RAM IDE HDD IDE Floppy & Mem Card Reader 2 Sata DVD Burners Sapphire 4850 1 PCI Wireless Internet Adapter. If any other info is need please dont hesitate to ask.
  3. What Do you guys think of these 2 I found on ebay for very good prices. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BRAND-NEW-750W-SILEN...1QQcmdZViewItem & http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Alpha-Power-600-...1QQcmdZViewItem From what I see I think these would be good?
  4. Could you give me the name of the product not just the brand?
  5. Hi, im looking to purchase a new psu for my new graphics card. Im looking to spend around
  6. Lol, I dont see anywhere showing that im buying a hard drive, but ill have 2 120mm fans on the side of the case just above the little grill which comes with it which will blow on the bottom of the mobo and one 120mm on the top of the case as exhaust along with the psu and 80mm which on the back. I also forgot to point out ill be buying liner stuff the sides to reduce noise
  7. Well basically I have on my shopping list is: AMD Athlon x2 6400 + CL-R0023 / Akasa AK-921 + Thermaltake A2017 Smart Fan if I can afford it. ATI Sapphire HD 4850 + Thermaltake DuOrb (Stock cooling is crap & noisy) 850Watt Modular PSU 3 x Thermaltake A2450 120mm (2 Intake, 1 Out) 1 x Thermaltake A2453 80mm (Out) Thermaltake HDD Cooler + Mounting for 51/4. Fan Grills, Screws and that type of stuff. Ive probably missed out a few things, but as you see its gunna cost alot. I will post a guid on how to fit 120mm fans on the case side if the case side is metal (That should be fun.) But yeah, everything is falling into place.
  8. Yeah, I like this one because its only like 16DB! But the artic is 30 odd i think, thats why I didnt add it to the list also the zalman 9700 is also loud thats why i didnt add it i want my pc to be near silent.
  9. Heres another cooler ive found. Thermaltake CL-PO371 TMG A1 This one is quite cheap.
  10. Hmm well I think so too buy its quite expensive.
  11. I know of 2 extremely good fans and 1 decent one. Thermaltake A2450 120mm - 17dba, 64cfm, 1500rpm, sleeve, blue led too Thermaltake A2453 80mm - 19dba, 22cfm, 1800cfm, sleeve, same dancing led. Thermaltake A2018 92mm Smart Case Fan - 17dba-48.5cfm, look up this one it realy is a "smart fan"
  12. I think ill be going with the black edition as how coolers now im not sure, I have a few in mind which has low DBA's + seem like good coolers, most are Thermaltake, ive included pictures above the names incase you are not familiar with them. Akasa AK-921 + Thermaltake A2017 Smart Fan ThermalTake CL-P0257 Blue Orb II ThermalTake CL-P0464 DuOrb - not too sure about this one tho because of the size. ThermalTake CL-P0268 Mini Typhoon Thermaltake CL-P0200 Which is best or is there another with a low DBA, i dont want it to seem like im sat next to a car lol, performance + less noise is what im looking for. Comment please!
  13. In living in Jamaica so temps are usualy 30C+ on a average day, but doesnt usualy go lower. In going to England on holiday (I used to live there) Ill be fitting 2 120mm fans and other fans which will add up to 100cfm in and 100cfm out, is this good? Ill also be buying a SApphire HD 4850 + AMD x2 6400, should I get a black edition plus a cooler (which cooler) or the normal with stock cooler, I wont be overclocking it too much, just thw AM2 boost as I dont want to shorten its life Im only 14 so I dont realy know that much about software im more of a hardware person lol. I may want to overclock in the future however, should i get the black or normal, if black which cooler i'd only want to be paying
  14. Take out & Reinsert the RAM, it happend to me before if not, just take every cord/lead/plug off the mobo and try again and all the input & outputs (mouse etc)
