I meant 4 modules of 1Gb each RAM!

I'm trying to overclock the CPU to 3Ghz, which I've been told it's a really safe OC (no need to touch many things). When it resets the option CPU Host Clock goes from manual to auto, (like something whent wrong and it goes default again). I think the problem is on the RAM there should be any more precise confiuguration, but which??

Hi guys, I've got a Intel Q6600 and a Gigabyte P35-DS4 with Gskill DRR2 F2-8500 1066 Mhz (1x4Gb) and I've got a reset while the computer is starting, after the reset the CPU Host Clock goes back to Automatic and it starts witouth OC. Some screenshots of my config, and the screen where it resets. ANY HELP?
