I've installed a Thermalright XP-120 with a 120mm Vantec fan, and what a difference! Prior to installing, with the stock heat sink, I hit 51-52C load. Now, I hit tops 44C. This is one hell of a good heat sink.

Hi, I've got an Asus A8V socket 939 mobo and an AMD 3500 cpu, and want a nice cpu heat sink. (ie the stock sink sucks a bit) What would u all recommend? How about this one: Thermalright SLK-948U http://www.thermalright.com/product_default.htm Click AMD then SLK-948U. I thought about that with a nice Zalman 92mm fan. What u all think? Advice appreciated.
