Groo21 Posted July 3, 2005 Posted July 3, 2005 Is there a way to remove the nvidia raid bootup screen if you are not running any RAID setups? I'm annoyed by the extra 3 seconds it takes on bootup ....

Disable RAID in the BIOS and make sure none are set to RAID on the IDE screen (even if there are no drives connected to the IDE/SATA Ports)
Groo21 Posted July 3, 2005 Posted July 3, 2005 Right, I'm already running like that. The RAID screen still shows up though.

It should not show up if the RAID Config is Disabled (at least it doesnt on mine) Are you sure you are going to Intgrated Peripherals===>Raid Config?? If everything is off on there, then I would suggest a different BIOS Rev??
Groo21 Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 Well the config screen does have double speak in it. I believe it says "Raid Enabled" - Disable/Enable.... Or something like that. What is yours set to?
