Help With My Ddr 333...

I can't change the Dram speed to 166...

 

If i change the dram speed to 166 - no boot.

If i change to "by spd" - no boot.

Only work if i change to 133 and the timing "by spd".

 

If i change the setting of the memory to manual, and change the CL to 2.5, windows not start... i must set "by spd", the only way to work, and the timing are: CL 2 - 3T - 3T (info take from aida)....

 

Aida 32:
