Intel E2180 Vs E2200 For Oc

I need help deciding on whether to buy an Intel E2180 or E2200. I plan on overclocking the chip to 3.0 - 3.2

 

Following are the criteria that I'm using to evaluate:

 

1. Better starting stock speed on E2200 2.0 MHz vs 1.8 MHz for E2180

2. E2200 has a multiplier of 11 vs 10 for E2180

3. E2180 is specified with a higher voltage 1.5v vs 1.312v for E2200. With that provide it with more everhead for overclocking?

 

My config will be as follows:

- Abit IP35-E Mobo

- 2GB of Corsair DDR2 Twin2X RAM

- OCZ Vendetta cooler
