hick Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 So i just got the razr v3a from work and just tried to plug it into my lappy to charge it and windows loaded its own drivers i think. So after it didnt work i had my boss buy me Motorola phone tools. I installed, updated and it still doesnt work. Now it says DO NOT PLUG THE PHONE IN BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. I did not know this so now i cant get it work. Is there a way i can find whichever drivers it auto installed and delete them. Or just unstall all usb drivers at once and reinstall the main driver. I dont have anything that really takes special drivers as i let windows set up my mouse, keyboard and all that other stuff.
