no one can tell you, you have to increase it one step at a time until it is... by the looks of your bios you'll probably have up to 1.500v or 1.550v maximum in 0.025v increments... any higher will require the Offset being adjusted to +0.1v, +0.2v, or +0.3v

 

some CPUs only need ~1.45v, some need 1.536v-1.568v, and some need ~1.632v... just watch your temps and try to keep below 1.55v if you can help it
