Nerm Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 Does anyone know how to setup a shared folder on Server 2003 so that it can be accessed by multiple Mac workstations simultaneously? I did some quick google searches and didn't really find anything useful. EDIT: btw, SFM is already enabled.
Waco Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 I didn't think Server 2k3 limited connections by default?
Nerm Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 Well, I need anywhere from 60 to 100 to connect at any given time. Currently I can only connect one at a time using SMB, but with SFM enabled I should be able to connect much more with AFP right? However, when I try to connect using AFP I get a "Connection unavailable" error.
Waco Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 I honestly have no clue. I've only used Server 2003 for running apache.
Mister_Webmaster Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 Server 2003 limits access by the number of CALs you buy. Might check if you have enough CALs to allow them to access it. I bet that's what the problem is.
