Hippykiller Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 Right ok, Once apon a time it was working fine, however the other night i was a bit lazy and couldn't b arsed to turn it off properly so i closed everything that was running and hit the power button. Done this many times before so i don't think its a factor. The next morning i go to boot it up, the psu switches on for about 6 secondsm i get a bleep like a ping pong ball then it dies. It doesn't give a screen display or even get as far as recognising the cd rom. Once, by repeatedly flicking the psu switch then hitting the power button i got it to run, it saw the cd rom, got a screen display, it got as far as almost finishing loading windows and the psu died. i'm thinking its the psu rather than 1 of the cpus, I would like to make sure of this though before i go out and buy one.
