Screen Tearing During Video Playback

Hey guys, I've been trying to watch Netflix, but I've been getting some really distracting tearing about 1/3rd of the way down my screen.

 

I have two GTX 770's in SLI, and am watching on an Asus PB278Q.

 

I have tried taking my cards out of SLI mode, and forcing v-sync, I've tried watching on both Chrome and Explorer, my drivers are up to date, I can't think of anything else to try.

 

Any suggestions?
