Increase Multiplier

I haven't played with that chipset of AMD, Would you guys suggest that if he wants to see if he can be stable at 3.8, trying to tweak the memory frequencies down when the multiplier is up to give 3.8 GHz. It's been awhile since I touched my bios and I just remember (and the reason I haven't bothered) is that the memory settings made all the difference in my stability.
