Help with Antec 920

Hi, I have a small issue with my cooler it installed every easily maybe to easy. The proplem is when i try and go into the control center to set fan speeds and pump speeds it keeps saying theres no connrction to the USB port when there clearly is. I have checked and connections and made sure that port is working even tried a differnt port but nothing even unistalled the drivers and reinstalled several times still nothing any help would be great.
