Using "Core temp" and the BIOS to monitor CPU temp

Hey Guys, got another Noobi question. While i am typing this and i look at " Core Temp " reading it says 37c, but if i do a system restart and jump in the BIOS the Temp says its at 27c, Why is that? Does the Temp realy drop 10c in the time it takes me to jump into the BIOS or is Core Temp that far off ?

I'd say the BIOS reading is that far off.

 

Generally coretemp is incredibly accurate and I'd trust it over pretty much everything else.
