Issue with Riva Tuner v2.24

Hey guys I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I have just downloaded Riva Tuner in the hope of ocing my Ati HD6950. When I open Riva Tuner I get the attached error code and dont have all the options available (especially the low level adjustments). I also tried Atitool but get a similar message. To my noob eyes it appears driver related so do I have to wait till these programs have been updated or have the latest drivers been written to prevent ocing? Anything else I can try? Any advice? Any help would be appreciated.
