New Build, need help with cooling

I just got done on the system build forum and now need help on what parts I should water cool, and what I should air cool.

 

Here is the build:

 

Processor: i7 2600k

Motherboard: Asus Maximus IV Extreme

Video Card: Sapphire 2gb HD 6950

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X 8gb (2x4gb) DDR3 1600

Storage: 1 x Ocz Vertex 3 120gb SSD, 1 x WD 2tb Black Caviar

 

The case will be a custom build, it will have a 200mm fan on the top of the case and one on the bottom. A 120mm fan is also an option on the front of the case.

 

I have never water cooled before, but I am wanting a new adventure. So the question is, what should I water cool, and how many pumps, rads, ect should I go for?
