Starting To Over Clock

Hi lads i am starting to over clock i have a pretty good system ,just asking if any of you have any tips or tricks to help ,as i said i am just starting so i no i have a good bit of research to do

and i appropriate all of you that take the time ,and i wont wast it !!

my build is

 

asus p5q deluxe

2gb ballistic ram ddr2

Intel e5300 @2.60ghz

gt220 graphics card

 

I have a bit of up grading to do alright lol... Just really Looking for some tips
