Syke_Stryker Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 So I don't know what happened, I stress tested for 12 hours and everything seemed good then I tried playing Aion and my PC shut down, so I upped the Voltage but it shut down when i tried to play Aion again. should I keep upping untill it doesn't crash or is there something else I should try this is what I currently have it at CPU-Z
iskout Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) What are all of your voltages at right now? Stress test stable doesn't always mean game stable, unfortunately. I had a VERY similar situation, except it was good after a 16 hour stress test, 1/2 an hour of gaming, and then it shut down after just browsing forums. Edit: My bad, I didn't think to look at your CPU-Z lol You might want to try dropping your multiplier and increasing your FSB. Decrease your FSB/RAM ratio, to keep those at stock Edit2: Also, what heatsink/fan do you have?
