overclocking sempron 2800+

Hello. I want to overclock my sempron (Socket 754, runs at 1.6 GHz). I have a ASRock k8nf3-vsta motherboard (Motherboard has changed becouse another has burned, OLD PC....). Temperatures idle are about 30, under load ~40-43. Also i have 2 sticks of ddr sdram. One stick is 512 another is 1gb. How do you think, how much I can get overclocked from this set?
