luffy Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 My 7 years old desktop has some strange problems. 1. When I plug the power cable to the PC, I hear the whistling sound. 2. I see the Ethernet green light ON even though I have not turned on the computer. 3. Sometimes I have to push the power button twice to boot it to the windows.
