Looking for advice to OC my system.

I'm looking toward achieving a decent performance increase in my system while remaining very stable. I don't really want to push anything to its limit but a nice 10-20% performance increase would be appreciated (if possible).

RAM: OCZ SLI-Ready Dual Channel 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory (2x2048MB)

Mobo: Asus P5N-E SLI

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600

 

I'm not looking toward touching my video card.

 

With this current set up (air cooling), my CPU doesn't go past 45c. I always keep my computer room around 15-18c all year long.
