Opinions on safe OC??

1st post was too long for replies appearantly, so heres the short version

 

athlon II 620 @ 3.1 Ghz - HT link at 2380 Mhz

 

OCZ fatality 800 MHZ @ 952 Mhz

 

All is stable, temps are good. but would i be working my RAM or HT link too hard causing faster wear or somthin along those lines?
