ive got a similar setup, im runnin an i7 930 at 3.66ghz on an evga sli micro mobo, just add a little vcore voltage (im at 1.356v) disabled turbo mode, disable speed step, force manual fans to 100% (youl need to do that to keep it cool) multiplier 20x183 and youl be good to go :) you can go 21x174 but id rather go the other way as youl achieve a little higher ram frequency :-P ive done this on a stock cooler, though i do have a massive 220mm side blue led fan cooling the whole system :P so let me know how you go, remember dont aim to high from the start, find a comfort zone, mine is 3.66, yours might be higher or lower, to do this, increase the frequency in 10mhz intervals, and then test the system, try and stress the system as much as possible to see if its stable. (21x133 - 21x144 - 21x155 or 20x133 - 20x144 and so on, the higher you go the more voltage youl need to add, i wouldnt go past 1.38, to be safe. as i said im at 1.356. you should be able to reach 3.2ghz on stock voltages, after that you might need to add just that little extra vcore. goodluck and let me know how it goes
