Need help at OC my system

Hi all!

I'm a completely newb at this so i need some help configuring this...

 

My system is this :

 

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450

Cooler - NH-U12P

Mobo - Gigabyte X48T-DQ6

RAM - OCZ PC12800 2Gb Platinum Enhanced Bandwidth DDR3 (2x1Gb) 7-6-6-24

Graphic - Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 4870 (in crossfire)

 

I'm adding 4 more gigs of RAM.

So, if you could help me tuning this i would appreciate.

I wanted to put the CPU at 3.0GHz and the memories at real 12800 because as they are they only go at 10600 (666MHz)...

My graphic card is already tunned and i've noticed a lot of improvement ( their current state is GPU Clock at 780MHz and Memory Clock at 1090MHz with the fan running at 31% giving them an average of 55
