9800 GTX Liquid Cooling help?

I just went and picked up a Thermaltake CL-W0121 2U Drive Bay Water Cooling System for 50 bucks last night and was hoping to use it to cool my evga 9800gtx KO well i dont want to spend over or near 100 bucks just for a block for the video card. so i found what may be a good way to go but im not all that sure
